Since 1982, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manteca and Lathrop have given young people a safe place to belong, learn, and lead.
That mission shapes every decision we make — from the programs we run to the staff we hire. We want every member to leave the Club each day with a stronger sense of who they are and what they're capable of.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Manteca and Lathrop opens its doors, giving local kids a safe place to go after school.
Core programming expands into five areas — education, character & leadership, health, the arts, and sports — each backed by nationally recognized, evidence-based curricula.
Partnerships with organizations like the National Ag Science Center and local farms bring hands-on learning to Club members, alongside donor-funded upgrades like our education computer lab.
Today the Club serves youth ages 6–18 across Manteca and Lathrop, continuing four decades of showing up for the community.
Every member should feel welcome, valued, and safe the moment they walk through the door.
Trained staff build real relationships with members — the kind that last well beyond the school year.
Programs are hands-on and evidence-based, built to prepare members for school, careers, and life.
We work hand-in-hand with Manteca and Lathrop families, schools, and local partners.
